The positioning system of blister mould is generally composed of upper and lower mould table, upper and lower mould cylinder or oil cylinder and synchronous mechanism. Its function is to tighten the positioning of the suction mold and connect the mold with the vacuum pipe. There are two positioning methods: manual screw locking or pneumatic automatic locking.

The principle of thick sheet blistering is similar to that of thin sheet blistering. It is a technological process of heating the positioned plate to a softened state through an oven, forming a closed space with the surrounding of the blistering mold, and instantly extracting the air from the mold cavity, and then tightly covering the plate on the surface of the mold, cooling and shaping to obtain the product.

Blister forming is a cycle process, each cycle mainly includes: feeding - heating softening - back blowing and pre drawing - blister - cooling and setting - demoulding. After the plastic part is taken out, the sheet is placed again (which can be received or automatically) for the next cycle.

Molding, also known as mechanical stretch forming, is a kind of molding method that plastic sheet is molded into various parts in the form of single mold or opposite mold with the help of external mechanical pressure or self weight. The male mold means that the shape of the mold is convex, while the female mold means that the shape of the mold is concave. The mold only forms one side of the product, and the other side is exposed to the air. It is different from the one-time forming process. This method can be applied to all thermoplastics.

One of the main processes in the vacuum forming process of thermoplastic sheet and film is sheet heating. The duration and quality of electric heating depend on the structure of the heater, the temperature after radiating the surface, the thermal inertia of heat transfer, the distance between the sheet and the heater, the absorption coefficient of radiant energy, the characteristics of the heater surface and the thermophysical properties of the material. Commonly used heaters are electric heater, crystal radiator and infrared heater.

Principle of blister machine: blister forming is also called thermoplastic forming. This forming process mainly uses the vacuum suction generated by the vacuum pump to heat and soften PVC, pet, PETG, APTT, PP, PE, PS and other thermoplastic plastic sheets to form various shapes of vacuum cover through the mold, or stick to the surface of various shapes of products.
